BET Consultants is responsible for Civil Engineering Design of this 600-car parking and pedestrian tunnel project. BET responsibility included grading, drainage, stormwater management, structural design, bike path, landscaping, cost estimate, and specifications, and also was responsible for various permitting submissions and emergency design of tunnel construction during track closing. The project included: Access modification and intersection design; Reconstruction of Summit Avenue and Railroad Avenue; Reconstruction of underpass box culvert and ADA ramps.
